Vierge - Les Vallaies

We had a lovely 2wk holiday at Les Vallaies. We were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves. The pool area has been fantastic for our four boys, there hasn't been a day when we havn't been in it. The games room has also been a big hit amongst us all and the table tennis skills have definitely improved. We've very much enjoyed the activities. The boys loved the picnic and pottery painting and we thoroughly enjoyed the vineyard tour and taste du terroir. We were definitely tipsy by the end and the walk home through corn fields proved to be funny and exciting. We've had a few fun outings including boating at St Savinien, canoeing in Cognac, multiple local markets, visiting the winery in Siecq and Futuroscope, all of which were good fun. Thank you for encouraging us to have the pizza night and supplying the wine and the wood. All the families here had a really fun time and made some delicious pizzas. The kids enjoyed playing in the playground and eating all the pizza whilst all us grownups had a good old chin wag, ate pizza and drunk wine. Lucky us ! All in all an excellent holiday well helped by Wendy and Chris. Thank you. Oh and thank you for the running route ! How lucky to be able to jog amongst corn and sunflower fields in the morning. Oh and thank you for always being so quick in replying to queries. From the initial enquiries at booking the holiday to all through the holiday, we've been very grateful. Plus replacing the table tennis balls which were much better and fixing the shower head. All things sorted incredibly quickly.

A wonderful relaxing stay at Les Vallaies. Our daughter couldn't believe her eyes when she saw the garden with all the toys to play with. It was lovely for her to have so much freedom in the safety of the grounds. She also loved the sheep next door ! We had a nice time at the Teddy bear picnic, pottery painting and the taste du terroir was a really brilliant evening for the adults while the children played.
