Domaine de la Bade - Gîte Cabardès

Prachtig domein op locatie met veel mogelijkheden
Het domein straalt echt een Zuid- Franse sfeer uit, inclusief zonnebloemen en lavendelgeur. De gite (cabardes) was ruim en comfortabel en van alles voorzien. De eigenaren Joep en Miranda zijn heel gastvriendelijk en maken zelfs hun eigen honing en olijfolie. Er is een fijn zwembad en er zijn speeltuigen voor de kinderen. De locatie biedt mogelijkheden tot veel uitstappen, 1 week is eigenlijk te kort. Een beetje leven als God in Frankrijk is hier zeker van toepassing!

Wij hebben het ontzettend naar onze zin gehad in La Bade, prachtig verblijf, mooi ingericht, prachtig verzorgde tuin met zwembad. Mooi gelegen met mooi uitzicht. Maar vooral de gastvrijheid van Joep en Miranda was heel prettig. Heerlijk gegeten en gedronken tijdens de table d'hote die door hen georganiseerd, gekookt en bediend werden. We komen graag terug! Il est d’une très grande qualité et encore mieux que l’annonce.
Ce gîte est très confortable, équipé dans le moindre détail, extrêmement propre, entouré de très beaux jardins et d’une piscine très agréable.
Les environs sont exceptionnels. Vous êtes au calme dans la campagne avec une vue extraordinaire, entouré de quelques villages très mignons et de belles balades.
Le canal du Midi passe à 3-4 km dans la vallée. Vous êtes à 10 minutes de l’autoroute, 30 minutes de Carcassonne, 1h de Toulouse, 1h de la mer, à proximité des Châteaux Cathares, Albi à 1h30, …
Vous êtes entourés de restaurants sympathiques (excellentes recommandations de Joep et Miranda)
Joep et Miranda sont très attentionnés. Joep nous avait préparé une quiche salade pour notre arrivée (c’est beaucoup plus confortable que de devoir se précipiter sur un hypermarché ou de faire le choix d’un resto dans la précipitation)
Joep organisait une « livraison » de pain tout les matins, …
Sincèrement, vous pouvez foncer sans craintes pour réserver.

A real find for families! The stay exceeded all our expectations. The charm of the building and the modern interior are the best combination. Everything is organized wonderfully, for parents there is a romantic atmosphere of the terrace, a fireplace, for children there is a huge area for games, a swimming pool and new friends who have come from different countries. Inside the house is very comfortable, everything is new, furniture, cosmetic repairs, decorations. Sick double bed. For children in the house a pleasant surprise, but what a secret. :) The view is amazing. Every day we enjoyed an unforgettable view - a real post card picture. The owners are a charming married couple. Very attentive and friendly people. We really enjoyed. We would love to come back next year. :)

A wonderful stay in such a scenic yet central location in what can only be described as stunning surroundings. We had such an amazing experience with friends using all the great facilities from the playground, trampoline to the swimming pool and walks around the area too. We loved watching the sun set, dining alfresco and barbecuing. The hosts Miranda and Joep were just a pleasure to deal with, excellent, clear communicators, set out expectations clearly and brilliant checking in before we arrived and whilst we were there and before we headed off. They also facilitated some balloons and cake for birthday which was a surprise and lovely to arrive to.
The gîte was gorgeous and super spacious, there was 8 of us between the two families and there was more than enough space without feeling cramped or overcrowded. The entire place was very clean and has everything you can think of from a chest of games for kids and adults to children’s plates and cutlery to lovely serving dishes and a dishwasher and washing machine. They even gave us pool towels to save on our luggage allowance we truly needed nothing extra which shows the dedication you’ve put into your land and gîtes and what your service offering is. We all loved the deliveries of fresh bread and treats, they were unforgettable. Our entire experience was amazing from start to finish we are just sad it ended so we shall be back for sure 😊
