Wild Boar Mountain

We had a truly memorable holiday in the most stunning villa with breathtaking views. The place has been designed and decorated to a very high standard and the USP was definitely the heated saltwater infinity pool and hot stone sauna. We arrived to find a hamper with champagne and chocolates which was a very sweet touch. The glass doors that open up give a really airy feel to the villa so the transition to the outdoors is seamless. There are so many activities to keep you busy like a pool table, table tennis, dart boards etc. There are cycles for use by the guests, which was an excellent way to get exercise in the mornings to go down to the bakery for the yummiest baguettes and croissants as well as fresh fruit. They have an outdoors wood fired pizza oven and seating areas that make the place really cosy. The villa is very well located with easy access to nearby restaurants and markets. We cannot wait to come back next year and have booked it again. There’s also a gorgeous tree house that is an absolute must to sleep in. What an experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at Wild Boar Mountain. It was everything we'd hoped for and more! It was so peaceful and beautiful, the views were stunning. The whole property has been done with great taste and has a touch of magic about it. A wonderful mix of nature and luxury! The kids were so excited by the treehouse and the hut, but you can actually spend a night in either they're so well done! The local area is great too, we loved the gorges d'heric especially and a day trip to the coast and the beach bar they recommended was lovely too. I know they now have a sauna by the pool (!!) as well, so we're already booking our return this spring!

We had the most wonderful time at Wild Boar Mountain, in South of France. The land and views were breath-taking. Our family really relaxed, and we particularly enjoyed the two-house setup. Our friends and their children were very comfortable in the guest house and it was so perfect for all of us to have our own private spaces. Strolling around the beautiful gardens and relaxing in the hammocks was so private and peaceful. Just what we needed! We didn't want to leave the gorgeous pool. We spent most days by the pool and the outdoor kitchen which was so convenient for making breakfasts and lunches by the pool and the children loved the Pizza oven. We tried the tree house which was just magical and the memories of waking up in the morning amongst the trees with the birds singing will stay with us forever. There was Nespresso coffee machines and free coffee capsules, in all the properties were very much appreciated. We didn't want to leave. A wonderful experience.

My husband and two daughters stayed at Wild Boar Mountain for a week during the Easter holidays and our time there was magic. We were surrounded by the most amazing green fields, wild plants and the sounds of musical birds and other creatures. The natural beauty this region offers is endless. We could spend hours gazing at the beautiful natural surroundings of the Wild Boar Mountain with a great pleasure. And that is precisely what we did. The owners have equipped the premises with everything needed to make your stay an unforgettable experience. We even had an essential oil diffuser in our guest house which I most certainly had to use! Not that it was needed, as the natural odours from the fields and wild plants are immensely splendid. My husband was also sent high in heaven with the Nesspresso coffee machines provided. Which he daily used with great indulgence. Our two daughters also had a magical time. The Easter bunny followed them in The Wild Boar Mountain, where it laid its chocolate Easter eggs around the bushes and wild plants. They also had a few splashes in the outdoor heated swimming pool, which was one of the highlights of their trip. We were all very sad to say goodbye to Wild Boar Mountain, however, we promised to each other that we will come back again. I would definitely give Wild Boar Mountain a 5+ star rating and I highly recommend it to everyone who seeks a break from every day reality - noisy, congested and polluted cities - and would like to spend some great quality time in nature, inhaling fresh air with friends or family.

We had such a fabulous time at Wild Boar Mountain. The owners have created such a really special place. We loved the thoughtful touches such as the coffee machines, the drinks fridge and music by the pool, and all the imaginative seating scattered around the grounds. Also the housekeeper Paul was just great too, really welcoming and informative about the local area. All in all we couldn't fault our visit and only wish we could have stayed longer than a week to enjoy even more of those stunning views down over the valley.
